Camilla Belle became a regular on numerous best dressed lists last year.
The actress probably gets more credit for her fashion sense than her acting roles, though. Camilla does have a few big projects in the works for 2012, including Paradise Lost with Bradley Cooper and Mary Mother of Christ alongside Al Pacino.
The rising star enjoys taking calculated risks when it comes to style. Her kelly green Max Azria ruffled mini was a relatively safe selection, however, for the 2009 Whitney Contemporaries Art Party and Auction back in June 2009. David Yurman gems polished off the look. She was a bit more daring at the presentation of the Rodeo Drive Walk of Style Award in October 2009. Camilla’s embroidered Marchesa Spring 2010 white dress featured feather details and was complemented by a pair of black heels.
Yves Saint Laurent actually sponsored the Metropolitan Opera’s premiere of Armida at Lincoln Center in New York City that April, so Camilla fittingly selected a creation from the fashion house’s Edition Soir collection. Her strapless gown included ruffles, embroidery and an oversized black bow. Yves Saint Laurent was also behind her ivory gold-trim clutch and her shoes, while the jewelry was by Cartier. She went with Derek Lam for the 2010 Freedom Awards in Los Angeles in November of that year. Camilla’s embellished Spring 2011 nude top and black skirt combo was styled with more Cartier gems, a Raven Kauffman Couture clutch, and black Katie Lee pumps by Brian Atwood.
